    How much does a translation cost?

    The price depends on the number of characters/words, the language pair, whether it requires translator/notary certification, legalization/apostille, and other factors. Send us your text/documents, and we will calculate the translation cost and completion time. Receiving a translation estimate is free and does not obligate you to work with us.

    How quickly will I receive my translation?

    The completion time is agreed upon before work begins. On average, a standard document with notarization and up to 3,000 characters/500 words is translated in one full business day, while documents up to 6,000 characters/1,000 words are translated in at least two business days. Urgent translations are available if needed.

    What texts can you translate?

    We translate texts of any scope, any level of complexity, and on a wide range of topics, preserving the original formatting if needed. Also, we accept documents in virtually any electronic format. If necessary, we localize/adapt the text into the target language, taking into account the client’s requirements.

    What is document legalization?

    Document legalization certifies the authenticity of the signature of the official signing the document and the seal of the issuing institution, so that public documents drawn up in one state acquire legal force in another. This function is performed by foreign affairs services and consular officers of diplomatic missions.

    Do you issue Apostilles?

    Yes, we provide legalization and Apostille services for translated or original documents upon request.
